Summary: Nice location, .75 mile walk to town. Can see the river, nice pool. Not fancy, but convenient, reasonable, staff really nice!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Ogunquit Tides. Check In was a breeze and everyone was kind and accommodating. It was the perfect location for all the the activities we had planned. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Summary: The bedroom was good size and pretty comfortable. The AC unit kept shutting off and the toilet was running the whole time. The toilet and shower area was pretty tiny. You had to step in the room and close the door so you could use them. Other than that it was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great size and clean. Place was centrally located which was very good.

Summary: The place is a scam. It markets itself as a resort but is actually a cheap motel. A few observations: staff is unfriendly and un-helpful, at checkin the guy at the front desk basically handed me the room key and didn’t even tell me where to go. They say there is internet but it’s sporty at best. The continental breakfast is a joke: there are oatmeal packets but no water to make them. There is yogurt in the fridge but some of the containers look like they burst and no one bothered to get rid of them. However, they do have a tip basket out: not sure what they want to be tipped for. The breakfast room is not manned except there was an employee making strange notices in the “employee room” next door. The pool does not have towels, you have to bring your own, that’s fine for a motel but not a resort. All of this would be fine if they did not misrepresent themselves but they charged upwards of $500 a night for this. I think this is a scam and hotels.com needs to check who they are doing business with before advertising this place.

Summary: All was ok. Bathroom was not finished with a hole in the wall and insulation showing. The bathroom door was warped and did not close. Location was good for the area.

Summary: Bathroom was extremely small without even a hook to hang a towel or robe. Very poor lighting. We were in room 214 and really enjoyed the balcony with water views.
